Often we don’t really think what’s in our skincare. The surprise can be both bad and good. Here’s some of the good ingredients that might be in your beauty products.
Lavender: Must be one of my favourites, just because of that lovely scent. It’s mostly used because of it’s fragrance, but is also used as an antiseptic, analgesic and a deodorant in beauty products.
Aloe Vera: This little wonder is perfect to use for skin problems like burns, frost bite, allergic reactions, blisters, herpes and skin disorders (like psoriasis). I like to buy pure Aloe Vera gel, it’s rich in calsium, potassium, vitamin c , zinc etc. It’s proven to help the detoxification of the liver and kidneys. Aloe vera is found in almost all kind of beauty products.
