Oslo Medieval Festival is an annual festival offering medieval experiences for people of all ages, with activities for children, market stalls selling crafts and food, and much more.
I love medieval fairs, I love to look at all the historic jewellery, objects and food. And of course, be a part of history. I spent the day with friends and had to dress up like a viking myself. The festival has a genuine medieval atmosphere, with real knights’ tournaments, wandering jugglers, jesters, musicians and beggars; historical plays; longbow shooting and concerts with medieval songs and instruments.
